DigiCert is committed to continued investment and innovation in DNS.  We are refining our DNS offerings and are currently reviewing the DNS services under DigiCert. We will continue to expand our services and develop enhanced capabilities for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise clients. 

Yes, all current Constellix customers can still login and manage their existing Constellix accounts. There are no changes to the Constellix’s DNS platform.  

Yes, all Constellix customers will continue to have access to support AND with the most experienced minds in DNS joining forces, customers will now benefit from the combined expertise! 

If you’re on an active subscription, your service will continue to operate and function as normal. You will continue to receive the same monthly bill for your Constellix account. 

There is no impact to your current Constellix account or DNS configurations. We understand DNS is vital to your business operations and do not foresee disruptions to your DNS account. As future improvements are released, we will ensure customers are informed every step of the way. 

We understand you may have concerns about the future of Constellix now that we are no longer selling this product online. If you absolutely want to switch to another DNS service, we recommend UltraDNS or DNS Made Easy.  

Our customer support and onboarding teams are available to assist with the transition to a new solution within the DigiCert portfolio. Our team will help with migration, training, and any other questions you may have to make the transition as seamless as possible. 

At this time there are no plans to definitively discontinue Constellix.
